Do you need help selecting and managing contractors? I run RFQ’s or RFP’s to select your team. Then review drawings, complete site visits to fabricators and create seamless installation plan.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Do you need assistance with the day-today details of your project including budget and schedule creation and management? I can join your team and provide any of these services for the duration of your project or on an on-call basis.
